SELLER REPRESENTATION-WI Real Estate Auction

A 1,5% commission will be paid to any properly licensed real estate broker who represents an auction seller. Please call (262 347-8336) or email (jj.hausmann@billminett.com) if you have a client potentially interested in including a property in our next portfolio auction September 15, 2008

BUYER REPRESENTATION-WI Real Estate Auction

A 2% commission will be paid to any properly licensed real estate broker who submits the necessary paperwork for a bidding client at least 48 hours prior to auction and whose client is the successful purchaser of the property. This client must close on the property and must pay the total contract price for the property.
